Digital online platforms
Fully Supported Sessions
The sessions are supported by psychometric profiles Lumina Leader, Lumina Spark, Team Management Profile and Work-base Emotional Intelligence Profile.
Digital online platforms are available for both Lumina Spark and Work-base Emotional Intelligence Profiles, allowing each profile participant to action plan their development needs at their own pace, which can then be monitored and commented on by the coach.
The online session is followed by 3 hours follow-up coaching for 6 months and at least 1 year’s support after coaching ends.
Price: £25,000.00
Bonus: In addition, you will get 2 years maintenance support.
